Important Info Regarding Desktop Windows Update

  We have only officially supported Windows 8 and higher, but some players were able to get it running on older versions.

  Now, if I can simply find one of those "older version" players to assist.

  After the windows update and wgt update, they are not playing nice together. When i open launcher it try's

  to update, gets half way thru and crashes.

  Same here, overshooting the ding.  It's garbage. 

  Also cannot get the appearance settings just like my old one.  

  Updates should be like practicing medicine: first, do no harm.

  FREE WIN 10 Upgrade

  For anyone running Win7 or 8 you should be able to upgrade to WIN10 for free from the link in this article.

  I am not able to play after the latest update either. It loaded, updated, allowed me to change view settings and use my daily free spin. I can view my profile and stats. When I click on anything else it locks up. Tried to reload the app and now I just get a error message stating:

  golf.exe has stopped working

  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is a available.   

   

  I guess I can kiss my 701 consecutive days played streak good-bye!

  Working on a few things attempting to get up and running here.

  Now that I have uninstalled everything, using Scott's methods btw, I went to download and start fresh.

  I cannot even get the file to download at this point. If I recall, once you click the link for the download, it was supposed to download automatically. Not this time though.

  Getting frustrated. Maybe try to get some sleep and start anew in the morning.

  I have a triple monitor setup. I updated WGT and attempted to play a game. Whenever I click on one of the side monitor screens the center monitor showing the game minimizes tothe task bar. I have to click on WGT on the taskbar to open WGT again. Any idea?

  Hi,

  I run WGT on Win10, all latest OS update.  Till yesterday morning it was working fine.

   

  Today, after automatic WGT update, when I press the Play button into the launcher windows, a small pop.up with a red exclamation point appears and suddenly disappears, the nothing else happens.

   

  Please advise.....
