I started a thread on this in main Announcement and News forum. Black Diamond GC members are not getting them either. Main forum gets their attention quicker.
And, coming off club clash, it isn't good enough to restart tomorrow or Monday. Clubs deserve compensation since members were using cc xp passes they earned in the clash. I am looking at +300,000 xp points added in our club since this morning, all of which should be doubled. And Sunday to come...
And, lol, sometimes they are not working Sat. or Sun. nights. Complaints filed on Friday rarely get answered until Mon. or Tues. But if I file a complaint Mon-Thurs, it usually gets answered the next day.
