  For the Week 9 18 Hole Single play, I shot a -7....65 at Erin Hills. Couldn't get much going on the front 9, but strung a few birds together on the back 9 for a respectable round. GLTA!

  w9 Erin, 59. Lost focus on B9 and misdinged a lot but overall it was an okay round.

  Week 9 Erin Hills - 67

  moved to Master from Tour Pro this week and was a bit worried how I would get on off the bigger boy tees but am happy enough.

  birdie birdie start helped but the iPad was conspiring against me with a huge meter jump on the 12th but hit the pin with flopped bunker shot to get up and down for par. Two consecutive bogeys at 14 and 15 took the shine off but finished with a nice birdie rather than my usual double bogey.

  definitely a different challenge off the Master tees so hope BPeterson bears that in mind for my handicap next month and doesn’t cut me too hard 😉

  Week 9. Well that was awful. Started with a birdie on 1. a couple of missed putts on 2 and 3 for par. 3 putt bogey on 4. The next 4 holes were mediocre pars missing very makeable birdie putts. Then came the 9th. Hit the tee shot and got the heartbeat. I then hit the ball 4 more time before it went in the hole. 38 on the front. Other than an easy birdie on 15 and lucking in a 21 foot birdie on 18 the rest of the back 9 was spent making 5 to 10 footers for par.

  Well Erin was nice to me today on the front side letting me make the turn at 5 under.  From there on she was stubborn with the birds only giving up 2 on the backside and throwing in a bogey on the final hole. Finishing up with a 66 that I will take respectfully.
