No, but you can limit it to the WGT designated Set of the Week.
That said, when we tried it in our club, some players entered first few weeks, but it was a bomb after that, so we discontinued it.

No. When you're setting up a club tournament, there is no way to restrict the participants' club selections. They are free to put whatever clubs they want in their bags.
You could try setting up a tournament using the Set Of The Week. That way, at least everyone would be playing with the same clubs (but still get to use the ball of their choice).
