I just baught a new Avatar, its in my inventory, but I can't click on it to Use It ? Whats the prob? how do I talk to anyone at Wgt?

    But It won't let me Use it?  How do I fix this? or get my money back from Wgt?

    did you equip it? go to equipment, edit equipment, then where the avatar is displayed, click there, then go to the new one, drag it to the original avatar's area. Sorry I don't know how else to describe it.

    Have you got a pop up blocker turned on?

    clicking on appearance on ur main page or change avatar in the game client window makes a box pop open. If you have a pop up blocker that window won't open.

    Just an idea!

    Click on appearance then click on choose a different avatar ,scroll through them & click on the one you want & then click on save changes . this is the exact procedure to change your avatar ...nothing more nothing lesss.
