  Really lovely meeting up with Iain, Had a lot of fun in a short time ..

  A/S thru 12 after Iain tried to follow me all the way to the back of that poxy 12th green lol, Iain was very unlucky with his putt though whereas mine belonged in the book of laughter :-)

  Bottom line we had a great time, Big toast to Dennis and would have no doubt gave him some laughter..

  Am wins 3 up...

  Lovely meeting you Iain and have a think on what we spoke of, All good fun..

  Bracket 47 Julio1235 vs MioKontic

  Turned out to be a much closer match in the end after getting off to a well needed fast start.

  Mio hit some very nice approaches to close the gap and on one of them I thought was going to drop.  Julio won 2up

  +1Absolutely right BL9 . This whole brackett play is getting ridiculous . It shouldnt take months just to play this event . Players should either show up and play or withdraw if they dont want to play . There are others who didnt get picked and wanted to play whole heartedly . The tournament started the first of August and now its September a month later .

  So yeah lets get this show on the road and get the brackett rounds played .

  Throw my name in the hat for any " no shows ". I don't care about time differences, I'll set my alarm clock fer this one. Any time, day or night, I'll give it my best in remembrance of this guy. He was a friend to so many, it's the least I could do.

      Playing a match with Bob was absolutely perfect in my opinion for the spirit of this gathering. We both won. 

            I'd never have won the Golf aspect of the match without very generous 'cedes.
