  i have sent twominusone a friend request and left a message on his wall,i have noticed that he hasn't played for about a week .

  i will keep waiting and hopefully he will get back to me

  Sorry folks, im going to have to pull out on this one. I just popped on for a quick look, and havent got time to play. I guess if i carried on and somehow got through into the next round, then i might be slacking again, and that aint fair on anyone.

  This is apparently the first score of the second round:

  We had a nice&friendly chat on Skype, and I may have become too self-secure on the first six, especially after a rare birdie on #5. My opponent bloomed late and irresistibly, and I sealed my fate when I missed the second on #9 into the green bunker.

  He set up a re-"match" on OAK b9 in strokeplay, and history repeated itself. I was well in front until he showed some brilliant birdies.

  Well played, mate, will be a pleasure to meet you again!

  Well played Carlo, Congratulations!

  The par 3's were the difference during regulation play. Carlo hit it to about 3 ft on #3, and he sank a very quick putt on #8. I managed to sink a lengthy putt on #9, to take it to extras.

  From similar spots on the green of the 2nd extra hole, Carlo sealed the deal.

  

   

  A tip of the cap, and a big THANK YOU to Paul for getting this tournament organized.

  Acknowledgements must also go out to his mates who have helped out, CEverett12, WigerTodds2010 and Bery111, and anyone else who I may have missed.

  Though Dennis has left us, his memory will remain strong!
