I understand when you lose a ball, you bought with cash, in the weeds or the water, but why is WGT taking my balls in the middle of a match when they were not hit into the weeds or water, but onto the green? A fast little sign comes up and advises you it is taking your ball. Why? I paid $ 3.00 for three balls and taking them way for no reason I can understand, is called stealing. Someone please straighten me out on my dilemma.

Please e-mail me at fpdr302@yahoo.com or leave me an explanation here.

    Thank You, Raymond

How many rounds are getting out of the ball before it's taken?

On your balls stats right hand corner shows how many hits you have left on ball. Balls wear out. You only get so many hits to a ball.

All of the Pro Shop balls have a limited life-span (number of hits). The Callaways have the best durability; hence higher cost. After a predetermined number of hits your ball is deemed to be worn out and is replaced with another from your stash.

    Hope this helps,

    Tony

I don't recall ever owning a 1963 Ford. Maybe If I knew who you are it might jogged my memory. I looked at your photo and no bells.  Raymond

You know I didn't have them three days or 5 or 6 sets of 9 holes. Thanks.
