Don't think this is a bug, probably just an oversight. Just played an 18 hole round and I was wondering about the wind variations. Anyway...on the 17th hole I noticed the wind right to left 13mph. Now you can see the clubhouse top right. So...on the 18th hole, shooting towards the clubhouse, we now have 9mph wind blowing left to right. Can't see this happening in real life. If your goal is to make this as real as possible...I feel you need to keep the winds accurate for the whole course.
