I suppose all you Americans don't know who the heck I'm talking about, but I just thought I would like to post a few lines about Raul.
This morning I woke up to the very sad news that the Real Madrid Captain Raul Gonzalez was leaving the club after 18 years here. (yes, I woke up at 2pm, nothing wrong with that, is there?!).
He is the best player we have had for the last few decades, forget the Beckhams, the Zidanes and the Ronaldos, Raul was the only one who really wore the shirt and made us all proud.
Goodbye, our great Captain, we will never forget you.
