Most offers are usually paid in a timely manner, but if the advertiser has trouble automatically verifying your personal information then it can take a little bit longer. If you're having trouble with an offer you should immediately get in contact with TrialPay support.
- Click this link: https://wgt.com/user/offers.aspx
- Click the white Contact Support link in the upper right-hand side of the page.
- This will list all of the offers you have already viewed or tried to complete. Next to each offer (under the actions column) will be another Contact Support link.
- As long as 24 hours have passed since filling out the offer then click the Contact Support link in the action column for the offer you need assistance with.
- Carefully fill out all of the requested information and send it in.
- Repeat these steps for each offer you believe you have completed.
If they need any further information they will contact you, but submitting a support request will flag them to have a look at it and they'll be able to get it straightened out for you.
