So I took a break from WGT (about 2 mos). Now that I am back (and loving it) it has taken some time to get my game back. It is just now coming along.

This morning my wife was checking her email and drinking coffee. My daughter ran into her and the coffee spilled all over my laptop.....AAAAHHHHHHH.

The up side of this is I now get to play on one of those all in one Mac's...you know the ones with no tower. Saves a lot of space.

I just hope it has enough RAM.

Anyone know the specs for one of these?

    I guess I won't be playing for a while. :(

Wow!  I once typed a screenplay on one of those! (No, it wasn't Casablanca)

RAM? It wasn't even thought of yet.

    Commodore 64 specs from 1982:

    64 bytes of memory

    8MHz processor

    360 Kilobyte floppy disc drive

    100MB Hard drive.

You shouldn't have any meter problems SC.  :)

I wrote my first program on a TRS-80 with 12" floppy discs. It was totally state of the art then.

You're home free, SC. The keypad is all you need. You might even be able to dry it out. Freezers are also dehumidifiers and have been known to rescue phones dropped in the drink.

Well, it is rebuilt and seems to be working. No play tonight for me though....I forgot to buy thermal paste to reattach the heat sink.

Having coffee spilled on your Laptop...........1000.00 (maybe)

10 dollar tube of thermal paste........Priceless

if you play with it all torn apart, however, it will get a lot of air flow....... maybe it's got 1 round in it, lol......

    Di-electric grease works well too.
