  My question was somewhat tongue in cheek. There are some great players here that don't hold the highest records. Tibetts was obviously the top when he was here, hence Snaike's question but holding records doesn't make you great. Witness the current best golfer around and the character he's exhibited. 

  There's a lot more to "great" than shooting records.

  Well, you could just look at the career and YTD earnings as well as weekly tourny results instead of posting a thread about it.  The answer is right in front of you.

  It seems most of the better players are relatively humble, and I'm sure they get enough friend invites from wankers without having their name brought up in a thread looking to pinpoint who exactly is a rockstar.

  It seems you're good enough that you should know who they are.

  imho, the "Greatest Players" here on WGT have absolutely nothing to do with scores, ranks, or averages....  Some of them may have good scores and whatnot, but it's not the reason they're the "Greatest".
