  I tried to buy the Ping Rapture V2....I was unable to because I'm not on the right "tier" yet I have played with people who are on lower tiers than me...and they have that club.....what gives?

  There was a bug a while ago where the clubs were available to the wrong tier. Wgt was all over it and they are fixing it.

  Hi Goldenbear,

  The Ping Raptures should be available to you as a Pro tier player.  Can you please email us at members@worldgolftour.com if you are still unable to purchase those clubs?

  The few players who were able to purchase clubs above their tier level have had or will soon  have those clubs removed and be reimbursed for the cost.  Players will not be able to unfairly compete with clubs above their tier-ranking.

  Well....it's too late....I bought another driver...can I be reimbursed so can buy the Rapture?
