What does it say next to "Available to:" above your friends list on the left hand side of the page? You can click on that and select whether you would like to appear available to no one, to friends only, or to everyone. If it says you're available to no one because you are "in tourney mode" then you must either complete or quit whatever tournament you previously started in order to appear online to other players.
