Re: Owner not receiving replies to emails

    I’ve been sending out emails for as long as I’ve owned the club but never get any replies..I recently sent out one as a survey and got zero replies and after further investigation it appears that their replies go to WGT not to my email? Anyone else have a problem or a solution to this?

    The owner wouldn't be able to receive replies from the Email Members option. Email Members is more for sending announcements to your club members than anything else. If you wanted to receive replies, would suggest creating a new post in your club forums and then using the Email Members option to send a message with a link to the post for players to reply to.

    For example, "Hey, I was thinking of making some tournaments and want some feedback on what courses everyone likes to play on. Go to the forums through the link below and let me know what you think!
