    Sorry if this is already covered somewhere. I searched, but didn't find anything similar.

    I played against a level 98 Tour Legend with only 390 games in a coin room. How is this possible?? Thanks

    You can be promoted by WGT based on your performance in coin games and H2H matches.  The exact criteria for promotion that way are not known to us players.
