Normally don't comment here too often but this always baffled myself. In my mind, players do stock up before they play. They're in their bag. They can "easily" reach down and grab one. Quitters never win, winners never quit! All in the same line as hmmm..playing Kiawah 16th hole goes in water... who puts a drop zone in 30/40 sand, fairway bunker shots going 90 yards? Ease of " programming "?. No...it's the powers to be that don't understand or won't apply the basic rules of golf. Just my 2 cents:)
