  The guys over in Virtual Pinball land have been using Blender for quite some time now to render pinball components and other bits and pieces. These creations are so close to the real deal, it's not funny.

  Thanks BO, my intention was to try and get our artistic members to have a go with blender (free program) to make some trophies and suchlike. I'm not arty myself, but I thought if I could show what I could do with no talent, then others might be tempted to have a go.

  I'm sure we won't be able to tell whether one is real or computer-generated in the (very near) future. That's kinda scary! 🙁

  Easy Simon...we will ask for the specs of their PCs!!!

   

  The one who runs Core2Duo, Intel GPU and 4 GBs of ram owns the real vase!!
