    I was booted from a matchplay game, while waiting for my opponent to reconnect !!

    How can that happen ?? I lost the credits too (150)

    Can anyone advise me if there is anything I can do and if I can get credits back?

    Players name was "Steelhead" or something like that.

    Try emailing wgt to find out, dont know if they can do anything for you, but worth a try. Email them on members@wgt.com . Also, go to the wgt community at top of page, into wgt players and type in the name you think it was you were playing. If you find him/her invite him/her to be a friend and then message them. Its the only way you can talk to them. they might back you up on this, good luck.

    What a *** answer.People give up and disconnect and that screws up everybody else's game.What a stupid concept !!!

    HAPPENED TO ME TOO FOR 2000 CREDTS ! THEY DIDNT RESPOND TO ME! GR8 CUSTOMER SERVICE
