The option to earn credits is no longer coming up on my screen. And even when i click on the ones in the middle (Play Kiawah - Earn 50XP) I'm not rewarded when I do.

The only way to gain credits other than paying or winning challenges or being on top of tournament leaderboards is on top: "Get credits" / "free credits".
On top of what? I see nothing on the my WGT home page with those words.
