  Are these scales off if the wind is 15mph?

  I think its a no brainer to realise this as a 'ruler' does not take away the need for working out your wind,  lie & final putt distance  yourself, this will not calculate the distance of the putt for you or your aim.... it will simply give you the mark on the swing meter you need to finally hit

  I'm not sure any adjustment for wind of 15mph is needed for a putt. Unless maybe the putt is 50y

  I hear of people adjusting the putt for winnd of 20mph though.
