If your eagle putt was the last putt on that hole by all players in the match, then the game would next show the scorecard, which should have a view/save replay button at the bottom, clicking that should bring up the replay and give you the save option or just allow you to save it. If you miss that and move onto the next hole, then the option to save your last shot is gone unfortunately.
