can anything be done about people who get a few holes down then take their clubs and run home,,,I got my butt kicked many times learning to play...it's such a waste of time and direspectfull to the players....grow up!
I only play with actual friends that I've got hooked on this site. Other than that, it's like any other game site if you don't know the guy...
When I play real golf with strangers they always finish the round. And I think I know why. Aha! Another epiphany! WGT should charge a $5 greens fee... completely refundable if you finish the round.

Only drawback is there are some players without an account. But those are probably not the troublesome/quitting characters anyway. I get the feeling it's Masters and Pros that quit on you... and almost all of them have bought clubs through an account.
