Given all the math that goes into the game, I would bet they could draw actual current wind conditions for any course and use them in-game. The matter of using the real world layout for each course and applying a wind direction and speed w/ variability would be NOTHING compared to some of the physics that goes into the game.
WGT just hasn't decided that it's important I guess.
Another 10 year old thread . It is good people are using the search . Any topic could be relevant .
But what do you think the difference is between what wind conditions are and " actual current wind conditions " ?
Wouldn't " actual current wind conditions " include swirling , varying , inconsistent , low to heavy , changing every minute winds ?
Instead we have a basic , moderately , consistent similar speed wind throughout the course . Being challenging enough .
Wouldn't what you suggest be even harder to play ?
