Goals visual issue 6/18

  Hey everyone, If you haven't seen already, there is a visual issue with this weeks goals. You are still receiving awards for getting your stars, it's just the rewards are different this week and it's causing a visual issue with the images! The rewards with the balls are where the images are not appearing properly Goals rewards for this week are as follows:

  • 5 stars
    • Basic WGT Kitten Ball (let's gooooooo)
    • Plus WGT Kitten Ball
    • Premier WGT Kitten Ball
  • 20 stars
    • Basic 500 xp
    • Plus Srixon Z-star ball (L11+)
    • Premier 10 credits
  • 40 stars
    • Basic Srixon Z-star ball (L11+)
    • Plus silver apparel pack
    • Premier gold apparel pack
  • 60 stars
    • Basic TaylorMade TPx5 ball (L48+)
    • Plus TaylorMade TPx5 ball (L48+)
    • Premier TaylorMade TPx5 ball (L48+)
  • 90 stars
    • Basic 1000 coins
    • Plus 1000 coins
    • Premier 1000 coins
  • 120 stars
    • Basic Callaway Chrome Soft X Ball (Ultra Slow Meter)
    • Plus Callaway Chrome Soft X Ball (Ultra Slow Meter)
    • Premier Callaway Chrome Soft X Ball (Ultra Slow Meter)
  • 150 stars
    • Basic 10 credits

  Is this the new prize structure from here on in Nico. Less apparel boxes and now some low end balls.

  Just trying to mix it up different goal structures to get some additional data. This weeks will be tough to gauge properly since obviously the images aren't appearing. Our next goals rewards structure changes won't be until end of July and then another at the end of September neither of which have balls as rewards in them.

  Can you just give us credits as rewards? Oftentimes, the balls you give away aren't what I normally play with, thus practically useless. I'm sure this is the case for the vast majority of players here.

  With credits, on the other hand, you can decide what to do; you can buy balls or equipment of your choice, pay entry fees for certain tournaments... they can be suitably used upon your needs.

  due to the goals image issue for this week, we've decided to swap goals to it's normal rewards for the rest of this week. It was too big of a visual issue to keep it as is since it caused too much confusion since it seemed you weren't getting any goals. Thanks for your patience and understanding on this issue! If you're still seeing the reward structure with the balls, you may need to restart you game!

  I hafta tell ya there’s even MORE confusion now.  Some of us had spent quite a bit of time explaining the balls things to our club members and now they are mad that they are not getting balls.

  Ya blew it, WGT.  We can handle visual problems.  Bait and switch is a little harder to stomach.

  Fully agree. WGT needed to suck it up for the error and not change the rules after the fact.
