The answer to the original question is yes but very rarely. Your best chance is to wait for a suggestion thread and suggest some new apparel.
The five day a week real time answers you'll get are not 24 hours, the part of the day they cover will depend on your time zone.
As to the question of this forum, there is absolutely no need for answers to be "real time", yes it is an advantage in some conversations but not answers to specific questions. Beyond that I would say even conversations are possible with people in this forum and perhaps the time lag gives some time for thought (or to look for more pictures).
