emails are answered by real people. as far as I know, there is no phone #.
I can understand why much of everything is dealt with via email.
Enquiries will also be prioritised....i.e important ones being answered first.
Can you imagine if there was telephone support for WGT....I would not take $70k a year to do that job.
Folks phoning night and day complaining of how WGT stole their ball lol....or their meter was playing up....same old same old.
Email support and WGTicon on here should suffice.
