  Wk 11 RSG - 67

  I’m glad that’s over. Heartbeat start at first, birdie, same at second but missed putt. Silly bogey at 9 after chipping up the hill and coming back to my feet and one that really stung was bogey on the par 5 14th after a bad bounce off the fairway meant green in 2 was out i then missed a 1.5 foot par putt which even now I think should have dropped.

  think the greens were against me this week, was comfortable with my reads but clearly practice needed..

  go low folks.

  Well, all I can say is that the single play 18's have been agreeing with me!?

  Last week was a PB at Oakmont and this week is a PB EVER!

  55 at RStG.  15 birdies and the other 3 were excruciatingly close.

  Wk 11 RSG - (60) 

  Being a Par 70 Course, it is a tough one, and if you get the wind real bad in the face , well ...

  With that being said, I was cruising along the Front 9 and at the 9th I was -5, my approach was 2.8ft to the flag, but you know when you question it, and on that top slope, it's slippery! ... So I 3 putted a bogey from 2.8ft and left with -4 at the turn ... disgusted. The Back 9 I recorded 6 birdies to make up for the *blemish for a respectable -10 (60)

  RSG this week.......60 for me.

  Front 9...lost my putter.

  Back 9...found my putter.

  62 for me at RSG.  Played well but lots of putts burned the edges.  I'll chalk it up to misreads since we all know that the dots never lie.

  Congratulations to EricW55 for his 2 PB's last week and this week!  55 is a terrific score on RSG.

  sounds like I'm there with a lot of others, rim jobs and burned edges on a few putts but ended with a 63

  Started of with a bogie pesky head winds nearly every hole not my best performance putting wise finished with a 65 cheers.

  A RSG 60 for me - 

  best thing for me at this inhuman, rough, chilly, wet and windy place always is the superb lunch at the clubhouse.

  So let me get my tie and jacket and join the honourable society there...
