When I play with the "Full Screen" chosen, I am just able to see the PCEA game from start to finish.  I cannot use any other portion of my computer during the game.  I can use another computer tab or window to, for example, look for some background music playing before the game window is loaded.

When I try to play with the "Window" setting, I am able to see my task bar and see what is behind the game screen.  The problem is, when the game loads, I am unable to see the bottom of the game screen, nor see the meter bar of the game.  Thus, the game is unplayable. My display is set to 1280x768.

Any ideas how I can fix this?  I like to be able to get to my screens behind.

there are already several threads addressing this in these forums.

The census is that 1024x768 windowed is best.

Then possibly use Scott Hope resizer toll.

do a search here there are many answers.

    Fullscreen a different kind.

Resizer a bit easier to use than the one Ken posted.

    Thanks Ken.  ; )

My display is set to 1280x768.

    Are you sure? It's the first time i see this native resolution for a display. 1280 x720, 1366 x 768, 1024 x 768, 1920 x 1080, 1920 x 1200....but 1280 x 768 never.

Hey Joel. I’ve been using Scott’s resizer program for a long time now. It works great you should give it a try. I have mine set up as to the swing meter is as close as posable the same length as it was in the flash version. That way the meter travels about the same speed that I’m used to.

If you need anymore help just post up here, or in out club’s page.

    Dave.

Thanks Ken and Scott. My memory is not linear anymore. I thought I had poked around enough.  Clearly not.  I do have a shortcut to Scott's "Fullscreen" tip SO, I will do some more fumbling.

Hi Dave!  I will be more active in the CC as this moves on.  It seems a bit easier now that we get centralized.

I thought I had seen tips on this matter, but I just couldn't get my head around.

    Regards

    Joel
