Scotts tip HERE worked thanks for that mate!
But, I feel more work needs to be done on the client rather than having to do this. I have a very large monitor 43" (3840 x 2160) and the game works fine in maximised mode as Scott pointed out, except everything on the GUI is really small.

The Video options should include:
- More (U)HD resolutions
- A Full Screen Windowed mode - So that multiple monitors can be used in full screen.
- GUI sizing options (I'm sure there are some people with poor eyesite that could benefit from this)
