Renters Beware! Look before you Leap

  I just sen this to customer service I hope they fix the problem

  I was under the impression that we could rent all the clubs we wanted to try for free on 2/29/2020. However, if this is not the case please remove the 3 wedges and return my credits. I have no desire to pay rental for something I am not going to buy in the near future.I will not use these clubs during this period and I was just ripped off for a thousand or more credits. Please return my credits.

  WGT had this problem for another free rental period. Looks like they have done it again by missing a line or two of coding to thus eliminate rental amount. Hope they get it fixed soon as I would like to try some different wedges but not at a cost.

  I will also mention here, as I did in the other thread, there appears to be an issue with the Customer Support link as well. i keep getting the Oops page when clicking.

   

   

  Once you get to the "Oops page" click on contact again and it will take you to the form this time.
