Can someone explain to me what impact "Balance" has for a putter. Is this related to meter speed? I am also curious about "Feel" for balls. Also related to meter speed?

the 'feel' attribute refers to ability to slow down meter. so more dots you see, the slower meter will be.
the "balance" attribute, as I understand is the ability to keep precision and forgiveness balanced to keep putting line straight.
