While preparing a new course like St. Andrew's takes up much of the staff's resources I'm sure, adding random pin placements, say 3 total, per hole, would add a terrific new dimension and revive interest in courses which we have played perhaps hundreds of times. As it stands now pin placements are mostly difficult. But having to hit a pin near the back of 9 on Kiawah or 8 on Bethpage would prove a new challenge. Perhaps WGT would care to comment on this possibility.
