Remove the Flagstick?

  How about giving the players an option to remove the flagstick when off the green?  I've had many chips hit the flagstick and glance off an inch or two.  I'd love to be able to remove the pin for chips and short pitches.

  Me too! I hit the flagstick a lot of times and the ball goes out

  Yes I will second that..had it happen to me a few times, the last time a couple of days ago and its so damn frustrating

  I want to add my 2cents to this.  I completely agree that we should have the option of removing the flagstick if your ball is within 5ft or so of the greens edge.  Ive been robbed of many chipins due to this. Just look at my replays, the one named "Removing Flagstick!"

  posted this before but watching last major pga makes 50% more with flag in wgt needs to put in smaller flags my appinion
