  Hi all.  I don't want to be a killjoy, but I am increasingly disturbed by the number of explicit photos being used as profile pics.  Some of our fellow players are likely to be kids, and i think it's inappropriate for an open game site like this.  I appreciate a fine bod as much as the next person, but if I wanted porn, I'd go to a porn site.  My two pence worth.  See you on the green stuff.

  I'm with RobNE.

  This isn't a porn site,a sex chat room,a dating site or pick up joint.You wouldnt think so sometimes however,given how many people admire(in varying degrees) the female avatar.Its an avatar people,and admiring it is a little like having a crush on Lara Croft.

  So ya,its nice to be told you look nice,I would be the first to admit,but for me,and I suspect the majority of actual real women on this site,its also good to be complimented on a good shot,a birdie or somesuch to do with the game,the reason,for being here in the first place.

  I know you don't have to look at the naked pictures,thats your choice,but I have to wonder why so many players with such pictures wish to add other females to their friends list,which means at least a cursory inspection of a profile in my case.Could it be like Nirvana say,everyone is gay?I think not.I also think the men we suspect of perpetrating this idiocy should grow some balls and concentrate on the game and not their chromosone imbalance.

  Hi Bogey,  As I understand it, there is no age requirement.  There is an 18 limit to play Challenges or Ready Gos - i.e. to play for money.  Other than that, I think it's free to all for normal formats.

  No you must be 18 years of age to play this game period.   

  How do I register to play?

  To play a tournament or post a score, you need to create a player profile. This is your character inside the game to your friends and your competition. Click on the SIGN UP NOW button to begin registration. We require your email address, birthdate and location. You must be 18 or older to play WGT.

  Lizz Well said wgt should do something about this like give them some time out. I think thats what they do to children now for misbehaving.
