QUALIFYING ENDS JUNE 22???????

  I thought qualifying went through the 22nd? NO?????? ITS STILL 6/22 DUMMIES!

  I practiced all night to qualify today and its shut down..... WTF????

  Umm. it's been in the tournament rules all along.

  "Contest Qualifying Round Entry and Sweepstakes Entry:  Log in to the website at www.wgt.com or www.USOpen.com, between 1:00 am Pacific Time (in other words, California Time) ("PT") May 25, 2009 and 11:59 pm PT June 21, 2009, agree to the terms and condition of these Official Rules, and play and complete the designated 18-hole stroke play game (the "Qualifier") between 1:00 am PT May 25, 2009 and 11:59 pm PT June 21, 2009"

  Oh, and not to mention here.

  It's amazing to me how many people don't read those things.

  So sorry I AMAZED you tibbets, I was going on what was posted on the EVENT INFO PAGE. As it is still posted as through the 22ND. Anywhere else that means midight tonight, NOT last night. It should have read 6/21.

  I'm seeing the 21st listed everywhere as the final day of qualifying.

  Alright, fair enough, but the book's still funny.

  However if you look at all the other tournaments in the same fashion that you are viewing this one, you'll notice that all of the monthlies show JUN 01-JUL 01 just as they always do.  The last date signifies the end date, as in the tournament is over when this date hits the calendar.

  True there is a bit of a discrepancy, but to avoid this type of mishap in the future, always go by the official rules and only the official rules.

  *edit*  There's nothing condescending about my post and you can call me all the names you wish.  Considering the piss-fit you threw to start this thread you got off easy.  You didn't read the official rules which are the law around here.  I'm sorry, but you have no one to blame but yourself.

  My apologies gfsullivan.  You should take it up with them at members@worldgoldtour.com and let them know they goofed. You're right, it shouldn't say one date in one place and another date in other places.   In the meantime, I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to qualify.
