   How does WGT determine what an "active" member is -is it like plays daily or played sometime in the last month or???

  I am not sure the exact formula, but it is based on rounds and XP earned for the club within a specific time period.

  I would like to know that basic formula as a basis to determine if my own members can be considered active .

  If you mean within a CC then it's up to the owner who they consider active. Personally if anyone doesn't play within 4 weeks I remove them. Long time members get a little longer.

  must be or they would have removed the 100.000 s of 150 lvl hack

  That's fine . Ive been doing it all along . Fairly obvious when someone isn't committed to the club or even WGT .
