Delete my account please!

  Hello WGT,

  I send an email one week ago to delete my account 'Rootz', but it's still here.I have no intentions to cheat but i have two accounts and i can't play any tournaments till you erase this account. Now i know all the rules and i wanna play like it supposed to be in the community only with one account. I hope it will be deleted soon so i can enjoy my game without playing against the rules. Thank you for helping me out!

  Rootz-The account will always be there, they just disable it. You won't be able to log in with it when they do.
