  So when I am a hack and play from the ladies tees I hit my driver 225 but when I move up to amateur and therefore move back to the whites I still hit it 225.

  When my player improves, so should his distances....this is a necessary and immediate fix.

  I usually play the middle/men's tees in real life.

  When I step back to the tips I don't suddenly start hitting it 20 yards farther.

  You're complaining about a game that is unfinished.  Patience my friend.  Let them finish it, then complain all you want if it isn't up to snuff.
