Every time you play a round or forefit a round it should count.  The way it is now you can quit a round before the last hole and it does not go against your average.  Thats how a lot of low scorers are keeping their average so low, they are not counting their bad rounds. This would give a truer picture of who the really good golfers are.   If a player wants to practice thats what the practice mode is for.  Also I think all tournaments should be one entry otherwise you have players playing over and over until the get a good round.  This is not how a true golf tournament is played.

There is also the problem of having 9 holes counting towards your average.  People are shooting  -7 on 9 holes and that gets calculated on the average as if you shot -14 thru 18 and that is not right.  I noticed people just keep playing the 9 holes to drive down their average.
