His point is that it would be redundant. Profiles are somewhat cluttered as it is. You can write on someone's wall, post the topic as "Chip-In Replay" and say "hey great shot there on hole whatever".
Unless of course, you mean you want to comment on your own replays that might somehow pop up when someone else watches it. That's not a bad idea.
