  I am new to all this kind off stuff. If someone can talk to me and tell me how I can get more involved.

  There is so much you can do here.  Have a look at the Getting Started and FAQ's first over there --->

  Get a few more friends as well.  I have sent an invite.  Then when you see a friend online in the box over there  <--- you can set up a group game and invite them to play.  You can play stroke or match.  There is also a ladder which no doubt Snaike will tell you about.  I have to admit I haven't used that yet as I just don't seem to have the time

  You will no doubt get a load more answers but I hope this is a good start for you

  Would love to, Mick... but a bit too much information at the beginning might scare our new friend away.. but, I'll list it here just in case.

  Just for references, there is a ladder site at www.wgtls.co.uk.  should you wish to explore different parts of the game.
