I started and finished two task that promised 38 credits each time but only received 30 credits each.
I noticed that it sometimes will say 30 credits but I was sure it said 38 on the offer I did. So I went and did another. This time double checking that it said 38. It did but I was again only paid 30 credits.
What gives?
Hi okiex, the best way to get help on offers is to go to http://www.wgt.com/user/gambit.aspx. In the Offer Status tab, there is a Contact Us form to fill out and describe your problem. They usually get back to you within 24 hrs. Please let us know if you have any additional problems.
I did another task for 45 credits and once again only received 30 credits.
I saved screenshots of the issue and sent a email.
We will see what they say.
But I say they owe me another 31 credits.
