Customer Service will look into your complaint.
Every time I have had to deal with them it has turned out satisfactorily.

On a side note, when you randomly post to an old thread like this, it's not a guarantee that anyone from WGT will see it. It's a really good idea to have the members@ email address ready to go for all complaints, concerns or consternations.
