It depends what you want from it. Some CC's create their own tourmanents, their own tours, their own majors, their own courses, etc etc etc. You see where I'm going with this?
But if you don't want any of that then just do whatever you want, but be aware that some CC's have rules of how much they want you to play and be active within their CC.
