    I bought the Plus membership which is a Yearly subscription and it disappeared 3 days ago along with the loss of 21.000 Club XP so far..I sent them a Email 3 days ago and yet to receive a reply.

    4 days and no response from Wgt.Also it seems that the promise of escalated customer support for being a Wgt Nation member is also not working.

      Hey , No worries guy . They are swamped with I am sure 10's of thousands of emails . About everything under the SUN .

      They are responding . I don't know how many extra staff they are working . You can bet it is far too few . But I am sure it is fairly frantic over there . I can't even imagine .

      10's of thousands  demanding more of this . Less of that . Why can't I . When can I . Fix this , Tone it down . Turn it up . Turn it off . Make these bigger . How do I install . How do I uninstall . It won't do this . You should make it do that . Where is my account . Reimburse me for this , that and the other thing . And on and on and on .

      So we will just have to wait . With maturity and optimism . Even if we / you / one thinks we are not getting that back .

      Just visualizing the mayhem that is sure to be going on at member services . Cracks me up everyday . Lol . Better them than me .

    Wgt support did respond after 4 days and corrected the problem.I do understand that most people waited until Dec 29 to install  the NV but I dont buy the 10's of thousands of emails there just isnt that many players.

    That's good to hear. I also don't buy the tens of thousands of emails.

    On the other hand, I would guess that a large percent of active members have WGT Nation status. WGT has awarded that pretty liberally. And it's only active members who will be contacting customer support for any reason. 

    So, with most having WGT Nation status, that results in (metaphorically) everyone having escalated customer support, which devolves down to no one having escalated support.

    News about what?  The OP already stated that WGT replied to him and fixed it for him.
