How must I arrange for golfing tournaments that my country WOULD allow? What must I do to play in my own country club tournaments (HOLE IN ONE COUNTRY CLUB) were golfing is easy in tournament play. And finally! Can I write this game off in my taxes?
I am not able to join any of the tournaments either.

This may sound silly but if I am understanding you correctly your best course of action would be to write your congressman/woman and inform them of your issue. Or... establish a second residence in a location that allows you to play and of course list this in your contact info on your WGT account.
