in playing the weekly 9, i'm feeling like my tour burner irons
are performing differently as compared to bethpage. given the same
conditions and lie on both course (30/40% rough etc), i hit it farther
on kiawah. the same is true from the fairway. i can regularly hit
7i-60LW farther to the greens (even when i don't "ding" it) on kiawah.
i could be losing my mind... but if i'm right... would you consider this a bug/deviation... or impressive realism?
it would make sense that the grass on bethpage is THICKER overall. in the game it looks thicker. and in real life... bethpage is located in a green, lush, thick, tree towering, state park. kiawah is on the ocean where grass would be thinner... and in the game it looks thinner.
thinner grass, farther shots, thicker grass, shorter shots.
