    That step has been completed along with the message that I am able to use the card fully for internet transactions....

    Every time I try though I get the famous " Contact Customer Service" message which I have also done multiple times with NO answer back!

    As per your message on my wall, my address information has not changed. It is filled out properly and correctly and it matches both for mailing & billing. As stated above my Postal Code has been registered and I'm still unable to purchase credits nor have I a response back from WGT Customer Service Dept.
